Each product page displays the frame dimensions (lens width, bridge width, temple length). If you already own a pair, check the numbers printed inside the temple arm and compare against these measurements before you buy.

Yes. Choose "Add prescription lenses" on any eyeglass frame and pick your lens type — single vision, bifocal or progressive — plus any coating such as anti-glare or blue-cut. You can type your prescription in, upload a photo of it, or send it to us on WhatsApp (+91 73548 24646) after ordering. Lenses are fitted in-house before dispatch.

We offer a 5-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, message us on WhatsApp (+91 73548 24646) or email [email protected] with your order ID. We'll arrange a free pickup from your doorstep.

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days across India. Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available in metros and tier-1 cities. Prescription eyeglasses may take an additional 2-3 days for lens fitting.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and wallets. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

All Hawkeyes frames come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes issues with hinges, coating, and frame integrity. Normal wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered.

Absolutely. Within 5 days of delivery, you can exchange your frames for a different style, colour, or size. The exchange process is free — we'll pick up the original pair and deliver the new one at no extra cost.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order ID and phone number, or simply message us on WhatsApp.

All our sunglasses come with 100% UV400 protection. For prescription eyeglasses, we offer optional UV-protective coatings and blue-light filter lenses — just let us know on WhatsApp when you share your prescription.
