• Unused frames in original packaging
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged during shipping
• Size or fit issues

Not Eligible

• Contact lenses (hygiene reasons)
• Prescription lenses (custom-made)
• Products beyond 5-day window
• Products without original packaging
• Intentional damage or misuse

How to Return

3We’ll confirm the return and schedule a free doorstep pickup at a convenient time.
4Hand over the product in original packaging to the delivery partner.
5Track your refund or exchange status at /track or via WhatsApp.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. UPI/wallet refunds are instant; card/netbanking refunds may take 5-7 business days.
